DigiPort is Telkomsel media that can be used for companies and individuals who have a specific product and would like to cooperate with Telkomsel. Prospective partners can register and offer their products.

1. Guidance sign up for a new partner
   Enroll in DigiPort very easy, you need to prepare is relevant data information of the company and scan documents required. Here is a guide to register as a new partner in DigiPort:
   • Agree to terms and conditions apply
     You must agree to the applicable terms and conditions contained on the first page before proceeding to the next stage.
   • Complete the company information and upload documents
     You have to choose, fill out and upload documents associated with company information. The data will be owned by Telkomsel. Please ensure that your data in accordance with the required contents.
   • Click submit and you're done
     Once the data is loaded, you can click submit and the process is complete.
2. Guide for partners who already cooperate
   For partners who have been working with Telkomsel, will be sent a username and password via email. Please review and fill in the appropriate information yet.
3. Can not register
   If you can not register, please note the following:
   • Check your network connectivity
   • Check the browser you use, for a minimum of browser you can use is Internet Explore 9/Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome (or higher) with minimal hardware system Pentium 4 Processor, 512MB of RAM, 200MB of empty storage (or higher)
4. Have not received confirmation email
   If you have not received a confirmation email, please keep the following things:
   • Double check the data that you input, whether it has been completed and appropriate.
   • When the data is inputted is complete, make sure there is a pop-up containing "Thank you for registering".
   • If there is a pop up but have not received a confirmation email, please wait for no later than 1x24 hours
   • When you have 1x24 hours but have not received a confirmation email, save and recall your registration number. You can send the number via the link contact us for further assistance.

How can I enter my company's products? You can enter product data once you get a user name and password when it is complete the registration process.

I have complete and submit the necessary prerequisites. What feedback be received from Telkomsel? You will receive a notification in the form of an email confirmation of your company has signed up to Telkomsel. User name and password that will be used in DigiPort also be sent via e-mail. Once you get a notification, you are expected to immediately change your password, to consist of a minimum of 8 characters, a complex password with a minimum of 3 combination (small letters, great, numbers, or special characters)

Are there any specific provisions on the email you used to load into the column "Company Data" in DigiPort? Yes, the email address used to be the company's official email address.

Is there a particular system specifications required to access DigiPort? Recommended for use at least Internet Explorer 9 / Mozilla Firefox / Google Chrome (or higher)

Can I attach documents into the system? Yes, File attached must be in PDF format with a maximum size of 50MB total (for all files). The information in the attached file must comply with the information contained in the system.

What should I do if my company does not have a tax ID? TIN is mandatory and must be uploaded.
